The Prague Congress Centre was selected as a venue for the 2000 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group. Over 2,500 official guests gathered in Prague along with 3,000 journalists to attend the North-Atlantic and the Euro-Atlantic Council meetings, as well as the NATO-Ukraine Commission meeting.
